Informa Markets just announced the Vitafoods Virtual Expo would take place between the 7th and 11th of September of this year. The expo will be an addition to the portfolio of trade shows and immersive online experiences in the industry. Based on seamless networking and intelligent connectivity, the event is large-scale. In an aim to become the virtual meeting place in which nutraceutical supply chain members from all over the world can build high-quality relationships, present their innovative ingredients, talk about the latest trends and discover together the most practical solutions for the future of their business. Here’s what Informa Markets’ Director of Health and Nutrition, Chris Lee, had to say about the event:

“In a world that has been turned upside down, we know that what the industry needs most is connectivity. High-quality digital content on the latest consumer and market trends, science and regulatory developments is a driving force for innovation no doubt, but only alongside effective collaboration can it help the global nutraceutical community spearhead the future of nutrition and health. This is why we've made it our mission to accelerate the digital evolution of our portfolio of events.”

What Will Happen at the Expo?

The Vitafoods Virtual Expo is going to host many trusted suppliers and buyers from all over the world, offering them the opportunity to take part in 1-on-1 video meetings, all while providing a reliable concierge service. When it comes to the latest scientific discoveries and the market trends, it will come with content to keep the industry informed and to inspire the whole nutraceutical supply chain to innovate more. Besides, it’s going to offer regulatory guidance for stakeholders to navigate the global market more efficiently.

Group Networking Events to Be Included

Like-minded peers will have the chance to participate in group networking events called Thematic Micro-Communities. These will focus on the essential topics in the industry, such as nutrition, sports, immune and cognitive health, contract manufacturing, probiotics, and more. Every community is going to allow visitors to identify the most innovative ingredients provided by the best suppliers, not to mention it’s going to facilitate the participants’ connection in a tailored learning and unique experience led by an expert. This experience is going to contain webinars, product galleries, live content, thematic reports, and podcasts.

A State of the Nation Report to be Presented Too

Informa Markets also wants to provide a detailed analysis of the nutraceutical industry, so it’s going to launch a State of the Nation report. This event will include inspiring and insightful commentaries. Furthermore, it will influence how the most critical decisions in the global food economy are going to be taken, by optimizing health through innovation in science. After the Vitafoods Virtual Expo, Informa Markets is going to present the Vitafoods Virtual Summit, between the 15th and 17th of September. The summit will offer the opportunity to grasp the most critical industry topics and learn from the leading nutraceutical, food, and supplement industries’ leaders. It will cover CBD, digestive health and nutrition, also hold an interactive workshop, a Q&A session, speed networking events, panel, and roundtable discussions.
