I use this to make one of the best smoothies I've ever tasted in my life! Everything in the picture what I mix, along with a few ice cubes and it tastes amazing! I've been using SlimFast KETO as a meal replacement once a day. I'm on my third month now and I've dropped 12 lbs and 3 inches already!!! I can't believe it. I was super skeptical as I am with any product that pretty much promises results. This one is very true!
I may not be losing more faster, but SlimFast KETO is definitely doing me some good. I've also added more water consumption, half my weight in ounces, every day. So, you just have to be persistent and knock out the candy, sugary foods, etc. As with any diet really. This is helping me for sure. I won't use anything else now. I've got it on subscriber mode!
And the taste is actually very good when you don't add all the fruits and yogurt. For those needing to know❤️! Everyone's body is different, you may not get the same results. You may actually get better results. You have to get past the first couple months and make sure you're drinking enough water, small oatmeal or egg breakfast, healthy meal for dinner, you'll do amazing!
It's supposed to be a high fat, low carb type eating structure. I haven't been paying attention to that and it's still working. I know I don't eat many carbs to begin with, so that has to count for something. I drink mine for lunch every day. Try it before you knock it!
As far as the Collegen within the powder, I can't say because I add my own Collagen protein powder from Obvi (cupcake flavor). It works very well and I've been using that longer than the SlimFast KETO. Suffice to say, I can't give an honest review on that part of the product. Sorry 😐!
