Combing creatine with a quality pre workout and watching your eating habits and committing to a lifting routine will all help to get you to a better place/physical shape in the long run no doubt.
My max lift went from 90lbs on a chest press in August of 2021 when I got back to the gym and it has since increased comfortably to 150lbs by December. I have a chest that’s starting to become defined again and my arms certainly have gained some mass. Did this product do all that for me? No. Did it help? Yes. Mainly in the recovery part. I can lift with greater frequency and intensity and as such can build muscle more consistently. I do however feel the 6 pill recommendation is a little insane. I would say start at 3 and see how you feel. I now only take 2 a day and find that’s enough for my body to see genuine benefits.
Once again your experience may vary as everyone’s body is different and I would also stress to give this stuff a couple weeks before you will probably feel any real noticeable difference as it takes time to really saturate your system.
Creatine seems to be the magic answer to this problem. I don't take the full amount. I take three in the morning, which is half the recommended dose (I figure the full dose is meant for weights and other high impact activities). It's actually WORKED!
I can now do a small workout without getting fatigued! I can actually feel the difference in my body now, too. It can now access energy reserves AND create more. I only started on creatine three days ago, when I had been fatigued for a week and was searching for something else that could help. This combined with adrenal extract completely brought me back to life and has enabled me to be active again immediately. Nothing else has worked this quickly and effectively. I am so happy I thought of this and did the research to find out if it was a good idea. If you do a search, you'll find that others in CFS and Fibromyalgia forums are saying the same things I am about it.
You may want to start out with two pills and work up from there to figure out the best dosage if you are using these for fatigue and not weight lifting. Too much creatine paired with not enough exercise creates bloat, according to friends of mine that have lifted weights before. So definitely take them at the beginning of your day, and only take a little more if it's needed for post-recovery. If you take the right amount in the morning, it will keep you going until evening, when it'll start wearing off and you'll start feeling naturally tired and ready for bed.
Creatine is not a cure for fatigue but it is awesome at preventing it from starting, at least. :)
***update***
I have noticed some water retention with these, but it's been easily remedied with OTC water pills. I keep feeling a bit better each day like I would if I was building stamina in "normal" health like a few years ago. I'm feeling a lot more motivated and confident to continue working on recovery. I'm feeling like I can really do this and I'm not just banging my head against a wall for the very first time.
